Hi, my name is Mariam and I am the owner of 3 Steps Early Learning. I love education, whether I’m learning or teaching. I have a teaching background in both Primary and Early Childhood Education and Care. What I enjoy most about my work is knowing I am making a difference. Early childhood is such an important time. Being granted the privilege of shaping young minds and caring for our future generation is priceless. My mission for our centres is to truly provide a home away from home for all children, a warm and welcoming space for them to learn and grow to their highest potential while having fun and knowing they truly belong.
More important than my educational background, I’m a mum. Through this, I have witnessed firsthand the importance of quality care and education in imparting knowledge, skills and confidence. I understand what it is I want to see in a childcare. Each day, I make sure that each child that attends 3 Steps is cared for in the way that I would want my children cared for. This involves providing them with love and affection, ensuring they are sustained daily with the highest quality nutritional meals, and providing access to stimulating learning resources.
